I know how this question sounds (literally)!, and I cannot imagine it in any other voice. I know how this question looks like. I wish I could answer this question forever, but I know thats the end (of conversation).
i guess its true...we say this when we don't know what else to say. but sometimes it leads to some very enthusiastic replies and much more prolonged conversations :)
